4. Where Your Data Goes — Third Parties

Enquiries submitted via the contact form are stored in Salesforce CRM, operated by Salesforce, Inc. (USA). Salesforce is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and provides appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, EU region). No personal data is stored by the hosting provider beyond standard access logs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your enquiry data in Salesforce for up to 3 years after our last contact, or until you request deletion — whichever comes sooner. If no business relationship results from your enquiry, we will delete your data sooner.

Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data
